:القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة العربية الليبية بشأن فتح المطارات المدنية في الجنوب أمام حركة الطيران المدني
القيادة العامة وهي تؤكد للشعب الليبي الذي فوضها في محاربة الإرهاب والتطرف والجريمة والتصدي للفوضى الأمنية أنها تأخذ بعين الاعتبار ما يعانيه من أزمات ممنهجة من قبل أعداء الوطن
والعملاء والخونة الذين استعانوا بالأتراك ومرتزقتهم ومنحوا لعصابات إجرامية وتكفيرية متطرفة الشرعية لمحاربة الجيش الوطني الليبي المتمثل في القوات المسلحة العربية الليبية.
أن تحرير خدمات المواطن لا تقل أهمية عن محاربة الظواهر الهدامة والمدمرة التي تقودها جماعة
الأخوان المسلمين وبقايا الجماعة الليبية المقاتلة وعناصر تكفيرية مطلوبة محلياً ودولياً.
ولهذه الأسباب رحبت القيادة العامة بفتح الخطوط الجوية أمام شركات الطيران المدني لتسهيل حركة المواطنين بين المدن الليبية.
وبهذا الإجراء تساهم القيادة العامة في حل أزمة المواصلات والتواصل بين أبناء الشعب إلا إنها ونظراً لتواجد عناصر إرهابية خطيرة ومرتزقة أردوغان في الغرب الليبي وتسيطر على المطارات وخاصة مطار مصراتة ومطار معيتيقة وكذلك وجود بؤر إرهابية في الجنوب الغربي لازالت تتعامل معها وحداتنا العسكرية والأمنية وآخرها القضاء على تسعة من قادتها على رأسهم أبو معاذ العراقي
أمير تنظيم داعش في شمال أفريقيا وذلك في يوم 15 سبتمبر 2020م في حي عبدالكافي بمدينة سبها وما تلاها من عمليات مطاردة وقبض على عناصر التنظيم جنوب المدينة.
عليه تؤكد القيادة العامة التزامها بتعهداتها بتسهيل عمل الطيران المدني وفتح المطارات في
الجنوب الغربي والشرقي على حد سواء بشرط هبوط الطائرات القادمة والمغادرة لهذه المطارات في مطار بنينا الدولي وذلك لغرض التفتيش الأمني للتأكد من هوية الركاب ومنع استخدام الطيران المدني في نقل الإرهابيين والمرتزقة من غرب البلاد إلى جنوبها كأجراء احترازي أمني نظراً لظروف المرحلة.
فعلى جميع شركات الطيران العاملة على هذه الخطوط الالتزام والتقيد بهذه الإجراءات محافظة على استمرارها وسلامة البلاد من شر الإرهاب وداعميه.
