في إطار تنفيذ المهام والواجبات العسكرية والأمنية قامت
اليوم الأحد الموافق 2021:03:14 علي تمام الساعة الخامسة صباحا مجموعة عمليات المهام الخاصة التابعة للقيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة العربية الليبية بعمليه نوعية في مدينة اوباري حي الشارب حيث استهدفت القيادي بتنظيم داعش الإرهابي المدعو محمد ميلود محمد ( المكنى ابوعمر ) أحد ابرز قيادات تنظيم داعش في سرت ابان سيطرت التنظيم علي المدينة في سنة2015 حيت قاد عمليات ارهابية وابرزها مشاركته في الهجوم على الهلال النفطي واصيب بطلق ناري في البطن ونقل للعلاج إلى مدينة الجفرة وتلقي العلاج هناك ومن ثم عاد إلى مدينه سرت بعد شفائه من الإصابة وتلقي دورات شرعية وإرهابية على يد أكبر قادة التنظيم بسرت وتربطه علاقة قوية مع أمير تنظيم داعش في ليبيا ابومعاذ العراقي الذي قتل في مدينة سبها اثر عملية عسكرية قام بها الجيش الوطني الليبي في شهر سبتمبر العام الماضي وقتل معه قادة من تنظيم داعش بعد ما اصبح والي تنظيم داعش في شمال أفريقيا
عاد محمد ميلود إلى مدينة اوباري اثر هزيمة التنظيم في مدينة سرت حيث قام بتشكيل خلية إرهابية بمدينة اوباري وقام بعمليات إرهابية منها خطف أربع مهندسين ايطاليين في سنة 2016 وطالب بفدية تقدر أربعةمليون يورو مقابل اطلاق سراحهم وقد تمت الصفقة واستلم محمد ميلود ابو عمر التارقي القيمة المتفق عليها.
في عام 2019 اجتمع مع مهدي دنقو ابو البركات في مدينة اوباري ثم ذهب إلى مدينة مرزق للقاء ابو معاذ العراقي والتنسيق لعمليات عسكرية في الجنوب الغربي كما أن لديه علاقة مع ابو الوليد الصحراوي آمر تنظيم داعش في مالي والنيجر
وبفضل الله وثم فضل جنود القيادة العامة البواسل اصبح هذا الإرهابي الخطير في قبضة القوات المسلحة العربية الليبية
